Can someone give me an idea how to start a Literature? I want to write about being a vet.

The teacher put this: Read a piece of literature with feeling. Time limit is 3-5 minutes, this includes your intro: Why you chose this literature. What is the theme of the literature? Who is the author, what is the title?
