Answer:

The answer is either 3 or 15

Explanation:

1.Multiply

2. combine like terms

3. Subtract 18k-14k

4. then which gives you 4

5. 4k-36-24

6.4k=12

7. k =3

the reason y I also say 15 is because if you go back over to step 5 and put add instead you would get 60.

it would look like this

4k - 36 + 24

+24 - 24

4k = 60

k = 15

9(7k-4)-2(7k-12) so first separate these two parts of it ok. 9(7k-4) the - and 2(7k-12) so first let’s do 9(7k-4) multiply 9*7 to get 63k and 9*4 to get 36. So now u have 63k-36. Let’s do the 9(7k-12) now. Same thing. 2^7=14 then 2*12 = 24 which leaves u at 108. So now if u put i together it’s (63k-36)-(14k-24) soooo 63k-14k= 49k and 36-24 = 12 so ur answer is 49k-12 !!! Hope that helps man
