Answer: 17 degrees

Step-by-step explanation: Because you have angle A= 163, you can tell that angle B is 17 degrees (sum of angles on one side of a straight line add up to 180). Since angle 163 is obtuse we can subtract that from 180 since an obtuse angle + and acute angle with equal 180.
So 180-163 = 17!
