Please help me understand how to evaluate the following in an easy explanation.

Ok here is how I do it. 16 divided by 8 would be 2. One of the numbers out of the two are negative, meaning the answer will be negative. Put it this way. One negative times one positive equals a negative. One positive times a positive equals a positive, and one negative times one negative equals a positive. I won’t go too far into depth or I will confuse you. So just add negative to the your answer in the first one and you get -2.

For the second one, it is two negatives. Like I said earlier, if there are two negatives. You will get one positive. So then just multiply 2 and 3, and you get positive 6. There you are. Message or comment me if you need more help

first you should divide 16 to 8 then there the answer will 2 but at 8 there is minus sign so , you should put there minus so, your answer will -2.

In second portion , first you should multiply 2 into 3 answer will 6 but you should remember that minus sign minus sign (- -) will addition sign so answer will be 6
