Answer:

Organisms need enzymes in order to release an energy from carbohydrate, a lipid, or a protein.

Amylase is the enzyme which is responsible for the breakdown of carbohydrates secreted by salivary glands.

Pepsin, trypsin and chymotrypsin are the enzymes responsible for the digestion of proteins while on the other hand, lipase is the enzyme that is responsible for the digestion of fats in the body so we can conclude that enzymes are required by the organism for the release of energy.
