Post questions and responses on the Discussion Board. You may want to print this document out and use it for gathering your thoughts or writing notes before doing any actual posting. Remember to ask and answer questions only in Spanish.
Use the following questions to help you develop your comments:
1. What is the name (real or fictional) of the restaurant in which you've chosen to eat? iHop
2. Which items on the menu have you tried before (at any restaurant), and of those items, which would you recommend to the other students?
3. Which items on the menu are new to you that you would like to try?
4. What would you say to the waiter or waitress to ask about the special of the day?
5. Ask your fellow students what they would like to order so that you can try ordering for everybody. How would you order a different item for multiple people without using the same exact word every time? (She wants..., he would like... can he get the... would you bring us an order of..., etc.)
6. Describe the quality of the food using a variety of adjectives. Is it good? Bad? Flavorful? Bland?
7. Talk about how each of you plans to pay the bill. How much will you tip? Are you paying with cash or card?
