To find the circumference of a circle you do:
C=2πr or C= 2(3.14)(1.5)
3.14 is Pi, and the 1.5 is because the diameter is 3ft and the radius is half of the diameter.
when you multiply 2•3.14•1.5 you will get an answer of 9.42.
