the answer is B, putting a tilde over the ñ, for instance, would not should any emotion in a word so that can be crossed out. C is an easy to cross out answer since that has nothing to do with the rules for speaking the language. It has to be “B” because it is common in spanish that words are spelled similar and only differentiated with grammatical marks.
