Distance = √(x2-x1)² + (y2-y1)²
x1= -8
y1= -6
x2=4
y2=7
= √(4-(-8))²+(7-(-6))²
= √(4+8)²+(7+6)²
= √(12)² + (13)²
= √144+169
= √313 = 17.69
