Amani has a mass of 65 kg, she is unsure of her weight on Earth and on Jupiter. If acceleration due to gravity on Earth is 9.8 m/s2 and on Jupiter it is 25 m/s2, what is Amani’s weight on Earth and on Jupiter?

Earth = 65(9.8)

Jupiter = 65(25)

Case-1:-

  • Mass=65kg
  • Acceleration=9.8m/s^2

\\ \bullet\sf\leadsto Force=65(9.8)


\\ \bullet\sf\leadsto Force=637N

Case:-2

  • Acceleration=25m/s^2.


\\ \bullet\sf\leadsto Force=65(25)


\\ \bullet\sf\leadsto Force=1625N
