BFigure 1

Perimeter = first you need to add 2 and 2 to get the bottom, then you add 2 and 1 to get the side to the left. after that, it's fairly easy. you just add all. The answer should be 14in.

Area of figure = It would be easier to split it then add them. You would need to time 2 by 2 which you should get 4. Then, you would need the length for the bottom, so first, you will need to add 2 and 2 which you get 4 then times that by 1 which should be 2. Add them together and the answer should be 6in.

Figure 2

Perimeter = first you need to find the triangle. It said the circle is 3cm. so that means you just got to add 4, 5, and 3 together to get the perimeter of the triangle. Then, for the half-circle, 2
\pi3. This should give you 18.85. Then add them together to get 30.85cm.

Area of figure = It would be easier to split it then add them. You would need to figure out what the formula for a triangle is which is
H_(b) B/2. This should give you 6. Then you got to figure out the area of the circle, which is
\pi 3^(2) which should give you 28.27. then you add them together, which gives you 34.27cm.

I hope this helped you out.
