Empathy, kidness, understanding and having patience, good teamwork skills, and a good work ethic.

Step by step explaination:

Health care requires the professionals to interact with patients who need quality care. Empathy is one trait that would allow the individual to properly care for their client or patient. Patience and understanding are crucial when working with those in one’s care, aswell. Patience and understanding allows the professional to not only make sure the patient is getting the care they deserve, but also allows them to work with the patient to explore all options of care. Teamwork is important becuase, along with working with patients and clients, those in the health services must work with their coworkers in an effective manner. Bad teamwork can lead to severe problems for a patient in their care. Similarly, a good work ethic allows a health service worker to remain ontop of their work. Without this trait, the quality of care a patient may get can decrease dramatically.
