Using diagram from your another question .

  • AB=4
  • BC=10

Use Pythagorean theorem


\\ \rm\longmapsto AC^2=4^2+10^2=16+100=116


\\ \rm\longmapsto AC=10.77

  • cos20=0.94

  • BC/AC=10/10.77=0.91

Not satisfied (Close but we can't ignore 0.03)

Let required BC be x


\\ \rm\longmapsto (x)/(10.77)=cos20


\\ \rm\longmapsto x=0.94(10.77)=10.124ft

Camera should be shifted 0.124ft left
