1) My goal can be water therapy
Water Therapy is when you take use of water both internally and externally, at varying temperatures for health purposes.
2)For water therapy, 1st as it is not that easy to drink a lot of water especially in the morning, setting a water reminder can be useful.2nd,drinking water on an empty stomach and finally stay hydrated always. Doing this therapy requires daily progress.
Encourage family members to do it with you for support.
3) Potential problems are: one can possibly forget to follow the daily water therapy. One can feel a little nausea when drinking large amounts of water especially in the morning.
4)Firstly, Drink at least 1litre of water each morning
Secondly, take water on an empty stomach
Lastly, Drink atleast 2 more litres during the day. stay hydrated.
