Just half the co-ordinates

\\ \sf\longmapsto (10,-4)

\\ \sf\longmapsto \left((1)/(2)(10),(1)/(2)(-4)\right)

\\ \sf\longmapsto (5,-2)

Answer:

(5, -2)

Explanation:

the image after dilation => (½×10, ½×(-4) )

=> (5, -2)
