For this, you simply switch the x and y values places and then change the symbol of the new y-axis.
A(-3,0) = A’(0,3)
B(-2,4) = B’(4,2)
C(1,-1) = C’(-1,-1)
Subtract 3 from the y-axis
A’(0,3) = A”(0,0)
B’(4,2) = B”(4,-1)
C’(-1,-1) = C”(-1,-4)
