Explanation:

y = -9x - 45 -5

y = -9x - 50

slope = x coefficient = -9

we can use the point where

x = 0

y = -50

P1 (0, -50)

and when y = 0

-9x = 50

x = -50/9

P2 = (-50/9 , 0)
