Solution:

x/3-2/5 = 2x/15-3/5

(x/3)/15 - (2/5)/15 = (2x/15)/15 - (3/5)/15
5x - 6 = 2x - 9
5x = 2x - 9 + 6
5x - 2x = -9 + 6
3x = -3
3x/3 = -3/3
x = -1

Therefore the value of x is -1
