{ab}^(2) = \sqrt{( {7 - ( - 1))}^(2) +( { - 3 - 3)}^(2) } \\ = \sqrt{ {8}^(2) + { - 6 }^(2) } \\ = √(64 + 36 ) \\ = √(100 ) \\ ab = 10


{bc}^(2) = \sqrt{( {4 - 7)}^(2) + {(1 - ( - 3))}^(2) } \\ = \sqrt{{ - 3}^(2) + {4}^(2) } \\ = √( 9 + 16) \\ = √(25) \\ bc = 5
