12+2(5-3y) = (-9y-1)-2

12+10-6y = -9y-3

22-6y +9y = -3

3y = -3-22

Question:-

Solve the linear equation:

12+ 2(5 - 3y) = -9y-1-2

Solution:-

→ 12+ 2(5 - 3y) = -9y-1-2

→ 12 + 10 - 6y = -9y- 3

→ 22 - 6y + 9y = -3 (transposing -9y)

→ 22 - 3y = -3

→ 3y = -22-3 (transposing 22)

→ 3y = -25

→ y = -25/3

Answer:-

y = -25/3
