2. Count the decimal places and below the fraction line write the multiple of 10 with that many zeros so that would

3. Simplify the fraction so that would be

4. Now in order to divide a fraction, multiply by the reciprocal of that fraction so that would be
(9)/(5) *(1000)/(25137).

5. Now reduce the number with the gcf (greatest common factor) which would be 5. So now we have 9*
(200)/(25137)

6. Reduce the numbers again using the gcf which now would be 9. Now you have the answer which should
(200)/(2793)
