From the two lines, just go down 3 times and you would reach your plot again. What I mean is, do -6- 3=-9 so the answer is '- 6/7x-3. I used demos graphing calculator & calculator to make sure that my answer was 100% correct. You can use it too if you don't wan to use graph paper.
