Let’s take the width as ‘w’
Length = 10 + 3w

Perimeter = 2l + 2w
2 (10 + 3w) + 2w = 180
20 + 6w + 2w = 180
20 + 8w = 180
8w = 180-20
8w= 160
w= 20

Dimensions:
Width = 20 cm
Lengths = (10+3w) = 70 cm
