Ok relax this is really easy

Rational numbers are those which can be expressed as a fraction of 2 whole numbers
(2/3 , 1/2 etc)

Irrational numbers are those that CAN NOT be expressed as a fraction of 2 whole numbers
( pi, square root of 2, etc)

*Extra notes to help differentiate*

-An irrational number has endless non-repeating digits to the right of the decimal point.

- Every whole number is a rational number, because any whole number can be written as a fraction. For example, 2 can be written as 2/1
