The perimeter = PQ + QR + RP

= √[(-2 -7 )^2 + (9- (-3))^2)] + √[(7 - (-2))^2 + (-3 - (-3)^2)] + √((-2 -(-2)^2+(-3-9)^2)]

= √225 + √81 + √144

= 15 + 9 + 12

= 36
