To graph this equation, any function with x equal to a constant is a vertical line passing through the x-coordinate of whatever number is given.

Also, since the inequality is smaller than or equal to, we shade to the left and vice versa when the equality is greater.

Another point is that it is potentially equal, which means the line will be a solid line to show the inequality includes 8; if that isn't true, it is a dotted line.
