Answer: (-2,5)

Explanation:

To find the midpoint, add the two x-terms and divide by 2. That's the x coordinate of the midpoint. Do the same for the two y terms; that's the y coordinate of the midpoint. In this case, add -4 + 0 and divide by 2 to get -2, the add 7 and 3 to get 10 and divide by 2 to get 5.
