Determine the length and width of a rectangle if the perimeter is 42 and the length

is six more than twice the width.

Answer: The width would be 5 and the length would be 16

Explanation:

If the length is 5… double that up, and you get 10. Six more than ten is 16… double that and you get 32. And then if you add 32+10 you get your total of 42 for the perimeter.
