Answer:

√62 = 8

y = 8

√225 = 15

z = 15

Pythagoras theorem

a^2 + b^2 = c^2

in this case...

y^2 + z^2 = x^2

8^2 + 15^2 = √289

8^2 + 15^2 = 17

x= 17
