Given :-

  • Area = 10.6 cm²
  • Height = 4cm

\\ \\

To find :-

  • Base of triangle

\\ \\

We know. :-

\boxed{ \rm Area_((triangle))= (1)/(2) * base \: * heigt}

\\

By using this formula we can find base of triangle.

\\ \\

So:-

\dashrightarrow\sf Area_((triangle))= (1)/(2) * base \: * heigt \\

\\ \\

\dashrightarrow\sf 10.6= (1)/(2) * base \: * 4\\

\\ \\

\dashrightarrow\sf 10.6= (1)/( \cancel2) * base \: * \cancel4\\

\\ \\

\dashrightarrow\sf 10.6= (1)/(1) * base \: * 2\\

\\ \\

\dashrightarrow\sf 10.6 = base \: * 2\\

\\ \\

\dashrightarrow\sf base \: * 2 = 10.6 \\

\\ \\

\dashrightarrow\sf base= (10.6)/(2) \\

\\ \\

\dashrightarrow\bf base= 5.3 \: cm \\
