Answer: a = - 1/5 or a = -0.2

Explanation:

-9a – 10 – 6a + 7 = 0

>> -9a-6a = 10-7

>> -15a = 3

>> -15a/ - 15 =3 / - 15 ( divide by -15 both side)

>> a = - 1/5 or -0.2
