What factor determines the population distribution in the Middle East?

  • Climate:- Climate not only affects the population distribution I middle east but in the whole world. Human beings like to live in a perfect environment that is not too cold neither too hot. That why places like Antarctica, Sahara desert are isolated because they are either too cold or too hot to live.
  • Transport:- It is also an important factor because the places where it is difficult for the resources like electricity, water etc.. are difficult to reach are not considered as good places to get settled. Human beings require many things and hence we need to settle in the places where the transport is easy.
  • Type of land:- Land is an important factor because we need crops for food, to grow the crops we need fertile land like plains. That's why they are most populated and best places to settle.
