(2x + 3) < (3x - 2)

3 < x - 2

5 < x

x > 5

Check:

2x + 3 < 3x - 2

2(5) + 3 < 3(5) - 2

10 + 3 < 15 - 2

13 < 13 --- FALSE

2(10) + 3 < 3(10) - 2

20 + 3 < 30 - 2

23 < 28 --- TRUE
