y-y1=slope (x-x1)

where x1=-6,y1=2 and slope=3÷2

y-2=3÷2{x-(-6)}

y-2=3÷2(x+6)

y-2=(3x+18)÷2 cross multiply

2y-4=3x+18 collect like terms

2y=3x+18+4

2y=3x+22....ans
