Multiply hourly rate by 40 hours per week times 52 weeks in a year:


RN = 21.50 x 40 x 52 = $44,720 per year.


LPN = 14 x 40 x 52 = $29,120 per year


RN makes: 44,720 - 29120 = $15,600 more per year
