Answer:

the answer is 6

Explanation:

since a=2 & b=-1 this is the equation: 2(-1+4)

you solve the parentheses first. -1+4= 3.

so since the parentheses is on the 2 you have to do 2x3. 2x3=6

Given:

  • a = 2 nd b = -1

Let's Solve:

  • a( b + 4 )

Now, put a = 2 nd b = -1 in eqn:

  • 2( -1 + 4 )
  • 2 ( 3 )
  • 6
