The (y^2 ) or (y^–2) It is not clear, I solved it in both ways (y^2) and (y^-2) .^_^

`- 7 {x }^(2) - 5 + {y}^(2) \\ - 7( { - 2}^(2) ) - 5 + {4}^(2) \\ - 7( - 4) - 5 + 16 \\ 28 - 5 + 16 \\ = 39`
