firmula for finding the equation of these points are


(y - y1)/(y2 - y1) = (x - x1)/(x2 - x1)

x1=2 , x2=-3, y1= 9 ,y2=-6

subtitute all values in formula


(y - 9)/( - 6 - 9) = (x - 2)/( - 3 - 2)


y - 3x - 3 = 0

if we put (2,9) and (-3,-6) in new equation then they will satisfy equation.so this is the equation where points lie in the line
