Answer:

44 cm

Explanation:

So we know that the bottom 12 is congruent to to the line at the top, so that is also 12. And the 5 is congruent to the other 3 lines with one hash mark going through it. So perimeter is the sum of all the side lengths on a polygon. So we have 12+12+5+5+5+5=44.
