Explanation:

4-2x+8/3 = 6x+15/2

12-2x+8/3= 6x+15/2 ( taken LCM. of 1,3,3 in LHS)

20-2x/3=6x+15/2

Do cross multiplication

2(20-2x) = 3(6x+15)

40-4x=18x+45

-4x-18x=45+40

-22x= 85

-x= 85/22

x= - 3.86..
