What’s the answer to this ? In Act V of The Tragedy of Macbeth by William Shakespeare, what message is Shakespeare communicating through Lady Macbeth’s sleepwalking scene?

or in my own words,

Something happend (they killed Banquo in this case) and it caused the person (Lady Macbeth) to have unbearable consequences (like nightmares or sleepwalking).
