The fact that the numbers look random and the spinner also looks random doesn't matter. The only thing of importance in both cases is that all the numbers are different (and cannot be made by adding any two together) and all the letters are different

That means you have 6 numbers and 4 letters.

You have a 1/6 chance of throwing the 17

You have a 1/4 chance of spinning the F

P(F and 17) = 1/6 * 1/4 = 1/24
