Prove that.....sin^4α+2sin^2αcos^2α+cos^4α=1​

Explanation:

You can actually factorise this equation like how you factorise quadratic equations,

LHS = sina + 2sin²a cos²a + cos⁴a

= (sin²a + cos²a)²

Again, by using the identity sin²a + cos ²a = 1,

= (1)²

= 1

= RHS (Proven)
