HELP ME ASAP!

Approximately 8 million tonnes of plastic waste ends up in the oceans every year, and if action is not taken, there will be more plastic than fish in the seas by 2050.

for years this problem has been ignored. Today, we urgently need the United Nations to strike a deal to end plastics at sea by 2030.

plastic has a dramatic impact on people's wellbeing and health and on life in our seas: fish, turtles, dolphins, whales, seabirds ingest it and get trapped, injured and killed.

all countries are responsible for this environmental emergency and each must be part of the solution. A global effort is needed to stop the dispersion of plastic in nature.

Answer:

1. Pick up trash or plastic seen near the shore.

2. Ask friends and family to throw their trash and recycling in corresponding bins.

3. Use reusable water bottles instead of plastic ones.

4. If strangers are littering, politely tell them to stop and pick up the trash.
