Polytheism is the belief and/or worshipping of more than one god. Polytheism includes Hinduism, Shintoism, Wicca, and many other different religions.

Polytheism means the belief in the existence of many gods. This was true of all ancient cultures. There were anthropomorphic and non-anthropomorphic deities in most ancient cosmologies.
