It can't be a decimal the ends. If I told you want the hundredth digit was, you could not establish the 101st digit.

If you try to find the square of 7 using the calculator that comes with winds, you get an answer that goes out to 2 followed by the decimal followed by 31 digits. You cannot find a pattern nor can you find an ending.

sqrt(7) is irrational.
