I am smaller than 7 and I have two decimal places. I am 7 when rounded to the nearest whole number. The digit in the tenths places is an even number. The digit in the hundredths places is greatest 1 -digit odd number. None of my digits are repeated. What number am I ?

Answer:

6.89

Explanation:

Well, the number is smaller than 7 so it's 6 or less.

It's 7 when rounded up so it's got to be 6.__

The digit after 6 has to be even and has to be larger than 5 so it's either 6 or 8

The hundredths place digit is the greatest 1-digit odd number which is 9.

6.69 or 6.89 but since none of the digits can be repeated, it's 6.89
