Answer:

y = 3/2x-2

Explanation:

slope intercept form is

y = mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept

y = 3/2x+b

Substitute the point in for x and y

1 = 3/2(2)+b

1 = 3+b

1-3 =b

-2=b

y = 3/2x-2
