From here you have to find the common denominator in this case is 16.


(9)/(4) =(9*4)/(4*4) =(36)/(16)


(12)/(8) =(12*2)/(8*2) =(24)/(16)


(30)/(16) =(30*1)/(16*1) =(30)/(16)


(8)/(4) =(8*4)/(4*4) =(32)/(16)

As you could tell the lowest is
