r= x + 3

Explanation:

They share the same y intercept so we can know the vertical shift up. The Y intercept of line z would be 3, so line r would share the intercept too. From this we can find that the slope would be one since moving one unit to the right also makes the equation go 1 unit up, from (0,3) to (1,4). This would mean that the equation of line r is r= x + 3
